Pastor Dwight and Marie Schuler
Dwight Schuler gave his life to Christ in 1985 while serving in the United States Air Force, and Marie followed the Lord in salvation in 1986. From the very beginning, God radically transformed their lives, setting them on a shared path of faith and service. United by their love for Christ, they met in church and were married in 1987, beginning a lifelong journey of ministry together.
Dwight and Marie are blessed with three children, all of whom are faithfully serving the Lord in various ministries. Having walked with God together for nearly four decades, they model a Christ-centered marriage and family life marked by prayer, faithfulness, and perseverance.
After being faithfully discipled and trained for ministry, Dwight and Marie pastored four churches across the state of Texas. Known for their warmth and approachability, they believe ministry is built on genuine relationships – loving people where they are, teaching the Word of God faithfully, and walking alongside individuals and families as they grow in Christ. Their hearts are especially burdened for reaching everyday people with the life-changing hope of the gospel and helping believers become rooted, fruitful disciples of Jesus.
In 2022, they answered God’s call to missions and served in India, where they witnessed first hand that the gospel works in every culture. There, they saw lives transformed as many Hindus gave their lives to Christ – an experience that deepened their passion for people and strengthened their faith in the power of the gospel.
Upon returning to the United States, Dwight and Marie were sent out by their home church in Killeen and launched into Wichita Falls, Texas in 2024. They carry a clear God-given vision to see lives restored, families strengthened, and a thriving local church that shines as a light in the community while impacting the world for Jesus. Today, they are joyfully witnessing God continue to change lives through the gospel of Jesus Christ.
